We are excited to announce that our residential programs now offer gambling-specific treatment for adults with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring gambling disorder. This program is funded by the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services and is available at our residential locations in Williamstown and Pemberton. In conjunction with clients’ substance use treatment, those diagnosed with a gambling disorder are able to receive gambling-specific counseling to learn how to identify triggers, cope with cravings, reduce stress, form support systems, prevent relapse, and manage their finances. Clients also receive assistance in addressing the ramifications often associated with gambling addiction, such as financial and legal issues, as well as damaged relationships. A peer recovery specialist is available for support, and an aftercare plan is developed for continued care. Please call our admissions department at 855-823-3428.
