More than a million people have addiction problems
in New Jersey and nearly three times as many are affected
by another person’s drinking. Maryville of New
Jersey connects these people with help and hope by
providing treatment services and prevention, advocacy
and education.

Walk-in Freezer.
A walk-in freezer will permit us to
receive goods from the Department of Agriculture food
programs. These foods are only available in large
quantity, unfortunately beyond our current capacity.
Your contribution toward the purchase and installation
of the big freezer will allow clients access to more
choices of food and snacks.

Labyrinth Project
Focused walking meditations are highly
efficient at reducing anxiety and eliciting the 'relaxation
response'. This effect has significant long term health
benefits, including lower blood pressure and breathing
rates, reduced incidents of chronic pain, reduction
of insomnia, improved fertility, and many other benefits.
Regular meditative practice leads to greater powers
of concentration and a sense of control and efficiency
in one's life. Labyrinth walking is among the simplest
forms of focused walking meditation, and the demonstrated
health benefits have led hundreds of hospitals, health
care facilities, and spas to install labyrinths in
recent years.
